Fusarium Yellows

Symptoms:
• Leaves show yellowing between the larger veins
• Frequently, only one side of the leaf is affected first
• Discoloration of vascular system in petioles
• Leaves ultimately become dry/brittle

Epidemiology:
• Very little symptoms displayed below 68° F
• Optimal for development above 75-82° F
• Favored by the presence of other pathogens or cyst nematodes

Control:
• Tolerant varieties
• At least 4-5 years crop rotation without dry beans or weeds
